I founded Limeflower in 2022 as an alternative cloud provider with a strong focus on open-source software, privacy, security, scalability, and running platforms and stacks that help customers in avoiding vendor lock-in scenarios.

As one of the first engineers at EDSN’s newly formed platform team I helped lay the groundwork for their current microservice platform based on Kubernetes and OpenShift while achieving a significant reduction of technical debt.

At Kyndryl I helped streamline operations within various Azure-based container platforms for the ABN AMRO bank. This required keeping a strong focus on governance processes and legal requirements relevant to the industry.

Through Sogeti I assisted Sligro’s cloud team with building a new AWS-based cloud platform as well as migrating their existing infrastructure towards it. Within this team I was also responsible for training and coaching new hires.

While working at Wehkamp I helped build and operate their cloud platform which handles hundreds of thousands of customer visits daily. This required a strong emphasis on collaboration with their various developer teams.

For True I helped customers get the most out of their managed hosting solutions. I was responsible for incident response (both remotely and on-site), system maintenance and general consultancy for customer organizations.
